Our technology evaluates past decision-making practice, institutional behavioural patterns and the individual decision-making preferences of judges, members of authorities and adjudicating bodies. This produces well-founded forecasts that give companies, lawyers and institutions a decisive knowledge advantage.

Cognitio-Forensis has been in use since autumn 2025 and is continuously being expanded with new data sources, analysis models and AI capabilities. Our goal is clear: we are the first platform in Switzerland to make the decision-making mechanisms of courts and authorities transparent, thereby enabling well-founded forecasts. Our models deliver valuable insights into institutional and individual decision-making structures.
